In a heated telephone conversation with Tony Kinser in Woodward Township on Tuesday afternoon, Danny Leroy Weaver told him “I’m going to blow your head off” and “I’m going to burn your house down with you and your kids inside,” state police alleged in an affidavit. Police also have accused Weaver, 41, of 6235 Route 220, lot 42, Linden, of grabbing a woman’s throat and lifting her off the floor for several seconds, the court document stated. Police said this alleged assault also took place in the township on Tuesday. Following his arraignment hours later before District Judge William Solomon on charges of strangulation, terroristic threats, simple assault and harassment, Weaver was committed to the Lycoming County Prison in lieu of $25,000 bail.
