Isabella Rivera-Batista, 20, of 611 Locust St., was arrested on a felony charge of endangering the welfare of a child after “leaving her 11-month-old baby unattended in her home for an extended period of time” about 9:30 a.m. Tuesday, city police alleged in an affidavit.

The charge was filed after Lycoming Housing maintenance staff found the infant abandoned in a crib, police said. Following his arraignment before Biichle, Rivera-Batista was released on $75,000 bail.
