Theresa A. “Terry” Bair

Theresa A. “Terry” Bair, 65, of Williamsport passed away peacefully on Tuesday, March 11, 2025 at Watsontown Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.

Born December 11, 1959 in Renovo, she was a daughter of Anthony J. Sr. and Theresa (Sullivan) Esposit.

Terry was a 1977 graduate of Bishop Neuman High School and was a clerical assistant for the Commonwealth of PA in the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation for over 30 years. She was a proud union member of AFSCME Local #2596 and the Northern Tier Central Labor Council. Terry was a life member of St. Joseph the Worker Parish and enjoyed bowling at Faxon Lanes.

Surviving are a daughter Amanda E. Bair and husband Greg Mackey of Watsontown, siblings Linda L. Lockcuff of Linden, Deborah L. Esposit (Kim Getz) of Williamsport, Anthony J. “Skip” Esposit, Jr. of Blue Springs, MO, Mary Beth Sheleman of Kettering, OH, and Annette J. Herr (Brian) of Montoursville; 13 nieces and nephews and 8 great nieces and nephews who she was affectionately known as “Aunt T.”

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by siblings Thomas A. Esposit and Barbara M. Hunsberger.

A Mass of Christian Burial to honor Theresa will be held 10 a.m. Thursday, March 20 at St. Joseph the Worker Parish, 702 West Fourth Street, Williamsport, with Rev. David W. Bechtel officiating. Burial will be held in Resurrection Cemetery, Muncy. A visitation will be held from 6-8 p.m. Wednesday, March 19 at Sanders Mortuary, 821 Diamond Street Williamsport.

In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in Theresa’s name to Susquehanna Health Foundation c/o Heartworks Grief Support 1001 Grampian Blvd. Williamsport, PA 17701.
