While executing a search warrant at Conor Doyle’s apartment at 1123 Allegheny St. in Jersey Shore on the afternoon of Jan. 27, Lycoming Regional police seized an estimated 13 pounds of raw marijuana that were in “vacuum-sealed bags throughout the residents,” according to an affidavit filed at the office of District Judge Denise Dieter, Police applied for the search warrant after receiving a tip that Doyle has packages delivered to a home on East Park Street in Avis, and then picks them up and brings him to his apartment, it was alleged in the court document. Arraigned before Dieter on felony possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia, Doyle, 20, remains jailed in lieu of $50,000 bail.
