Eight motorists have been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants or controlled substances. Those charged and the police departments involved were:

Carl R. Stettler, 41, of 340 Nursery Lane, Trout Run; state police on Kellysburg Road in Cascade Township on Sept. 29, 2024.

Miranda D. Twigg, 37, of 129 Gentry Lane, Montoursville; state police on Interstate 180 in Montoursville on July 14, 2024

Kevin J. Bull, 37, of Watsontown; state police in the 1900 block of East Third Street in Loyalsock Township on Oct. 16, 2024; also charged with possession of drug paraphernalia.

Mason Lee Lomison, 23, of 2036 Highland Lake Road, Hughesville; state police at North Loyalsock Avenue and Interstate 180 East in Montoursville Borough on Aug. 3, 2024.

James F. Carr, 45, of 61 Tyler Lane, Cogan Station; state police at Lick Run Road and Warrensville Road in Loyalsock Township on Nov. 24, 2025.

Amy Christine Case, 43, of 2590 ½ Northway Road, city; state police on Interstate 180 near mile marker 26.7 on June 2, 2024.

Kareem Ali Smith, 44, of Cranberry Township; state police at Washington Boulevard and Almond Street in the city on Nov. 3, 2024.

Tanner Otto Boyer, 31, of 1118 Baldwin St., city; Montoursville Borough police in the 300 block of North Loyalsock Avenue in Montoursville on Oct. 19, 2024.
