Charge filed after customer walked out without paying bill
Rebecca J. States, who turned 45 last week, of 900 W. Third St., has been charged theft of services after she walked out of Texas Roadhouse, 1940 E. Third St., without paying a $105 bill on Oct. 30, state police alleged in an affidavit. She waived her preliminary hearing this week before District Judge Gary Whiteman and was released on $5,000 bail.
