Swift Kennedy recently announced the promotion of Ashley Hughes to the role of vice president for client strategy and alternative risk solutions at Swift Kennedy and Associates, Inc. effective Nov. 11.

In this new role, Hughes will be overseeing Swift Kennedy’s self-funded clients’ and prospective clients’ needs outside of fully insured group health coverages and will continue to lead our efforts in delivering innovative and effective employee benefits solutions to our clients.
