Steel Nation has hired Sandra Spencer as business development manager for the PA Northeast Region.

Spencer has grown her career by focusing on relationship-based business development with companies such as Appellation Construction Services, Patterson & Wilder Construction, and McTish, Kunkel & Associates. With every client, Spencer has applied the same proven technique of cultivating sound relationships that enable her to understand her clients’ needs and identify how best to achieve the desired outcomes.

Based in Williamsport, Spencer has grown her network by leveraging existing relationships to develop new contacts.

She is adept at preparing project quotes and responding to RFPs, and is skilled at promoting businesses and services, narrowing her focus to marketing and business development for pipeline, energy infrastructure, and other organizations in the oil and gas industry.
