ray6770, Sorry but you are an idiot. I have been volunteering at the World Series for 15 years now. We have had people that were drunk in the past (Bronx fans and prior to security). Those were very limited situations. Now there are cameras, security and ushers everywhere watching people. And trust me for every 1 camera you see there are at least 4 more watching you. It is very safe. You can’t get this level of sports entertainment for the price you pay for admission. I will Volunteer at it until I die or they move it!!!

Will watch via ESPN and local ABC affiliate.
In 43 years, I have never seen a drunk or felt even the slightest bit unsafe at a LLWS game! It's the most wonderful event our area has to offer and FREE to boot!

I don't get it. People come from the other side of the world to watch "The Best Of the Best" play in the 'LITTLE LEAGUE WORLD SERIES'and 78% can't come 5 blocks to watch it! Maybe there is some truth in what 'ray6770' is saying but, I don't want to believe that's true. I guess the age of computers and cell phones has tak'n over so we can all sit in a chair and 'punch' letters and numbers and forget what 'REAL' fun is today! Support these kids, they worked hard to get here!
