Until there is a crime prevention plan instead of a crime reaction plan, crime will always increase.

Somebody PLEASE tell me what the heck the paid Public Safety Director did in his term to make Williamsport a safer place? The Drug Task Force and Crime Supression Unit (for those of you who didn't know, yes we HAD such a thing) made a much bigger dent in crime than the "public safety director"

Very disappointed with Whiteman's demotion. He's a good dude and deserves a chance to turn the city around. Probably very busy tonight with 5 shooting tonight. This city needs it's ass kicked!
