Should the Penn State football program be penalized by the NCAA for the Sandusky sex abuse scandal?

  1. No. As heinous as the acts were, they do not fall under the guidelines of the NCAA.
  2. The NCAA should issue a symbolic probationary penalty against Penn State.
  3. The NCAA should issue the death penalty suspending the football program for a year.
  4. The NCAA should cut scholarships for the next three years and ban Penn State from bowl participation for this year.
