United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. On Wednesday, Robert Bernstine will be our speaker. Bob considers himself a presidential hobbiest and enjoys learning about the presidents and has visited many presidential homes and libraries. The program will be in about President Lincoln, in honor of his birth - 205 years ago. A serving of a catered $6 lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Free parking is available in the lot north of the church. Although reservations are not needed, those not regular attendees should call United Churches at 570-322-1110 to help the caterer know how many to prepare for.
