MONTROSE - Rep. Tom Marino (R-PA) will host his third Senior Fair from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. Tuesday at the Montrose Bible Conference, 218 Locust St. The event is free and open to all seniors, but will be geared toward those individuals living in Northern Wayne, Susquehanna and Bradford counties.
Featured exhibits including local, state and federal organizations will have representatives available to answer questions and provide seniors and their families with general information on health services, employment resources and agency benefits. Three breakout sessions including "What you need to know about Hospice," led by representatives from a local hospice; "Dining with Diabetes," led by a registered nurse; and "Elder Abuse/Identity Theft," led by the District Attorney's office, will be hosted during the first half of the fair, with times announced at the start of the event.
Parking at the Montrose Bible Conference is free and reduced-fare shuttle service is available through Susquehanna County Transportation. Complimentary items will be distributed by various vendors and light refreshments will be served.
