Seven people have been charged with various drug offenses.
Those charged and the police departments involved were:
Michael David Middleton, 51, of 325 High St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver cocaine and related offenses for allegedly selling $60 of cocaine to a confidential informant at Middleton's home on April 9; jailed in lieu of $10,000 bail.
George Kristopher Harman, 36, and his wife, Lori Harman, 42, both of 2023 W. Third Street; the county's Drug Task Force'; conspiracy to sell marijuana at their home between March 26 and April 4; both released on $50,000 bail each.
Derrick Anthony Erwin, no age listed, of Upper Darby; state police; multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver crack cocaine and related offenses for allegedly selling controlled substances three times to a confidential informant at Hepburn Street and Memorial Avenue between March 14 and April 18; jailed in lieu of $350,000 bail.
Tony Louis Bacon, 49, of 671 Campbell St.; city police; possession with intent to deliver six bags of heroin to a confidential informant in the 600 block of West Fourth Street on April 9; sent a summons to appear before a district judge.
Penn College student Eric Michael Pickett, 19, of Mountain Top; Penn College police; possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia on the campus on Jan. 13, released on $3,500 bail.
Naafi M. Lowe, 25, of 1546 W. Fourth St.; state police; multiple counts of possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance and related offenses in the 1000 block of Elizabeth Street in the city between late July 2011 and last early July; jailed in lieu of $750,000.
