Acting against terror

April 23, 2013

As the question of how to try Dzokhar Tsarnaev is discussed, it begs for an answer to the question of what kind of war on terror we're fighting. Does that make the terrorist bombings criminal activities requiring the reading of Miranda rights and a civil trial instead of an act of war?
