Through April 23 - Growing up WILD! will be held Tuesdays from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. Children ages 3 to 5 and their parents can explore wildlife and the world around them through stories, art projects, music, crafts and more.
May 7 to June 25 - Little Sprouts Childrens' Gardening Series, 10:30 a.m.-noon. Children ages 4-5 will discover the joys of planting, tending, harvesting and eating their very own produce as they cultivate a plot of bright flowers, fragrant herbs and tasty vegetables. Along the way, the Sprouts will learn about seed growth, pollinators, worms, soils, healthy eating and lots more. Registration is required by calling Environmental Education Specialist Jane Swift at the park office.
