United Churches Wednesday noon ecumenical lunches are held each week of the school year at Pine Street United Methodist Church, 441 Pine St. This Wednesday Philip Landers, a retired professor from Pennsylvania College of Technology, an enrolled agent - IRS and Sight Coordinator for AARP Tax Program, will speak about "Taxes, Senior Citizens and the IRS." A serving of a catered $6 lunch begins at 11:45 a.m. in the church fellowship hall. Free parking is available in the lot north of the church. Although reservations are not needed, those not regular attendees should call United Churches at 322-1110 to help the caterer know how many to prepare for.
