Don Brown is by his own admission, a health nut, but also a creative guy and businessman.
That's why he wanted to introduce something to the local area that introduces a product while promoting healthy living.
Sky High Frozen Yogurt is a self-serve yogurt shop just off Williamsport's Golden Strip set to open this week.

"The concept is outdoors," he said, as he gave a short tour of the interior of the business.
With its wood floors and stone walls, it has the look of something that might be found out West, in say, Montana where Brown likes to spend time fly fishing and elk hunting. The western look is exactly what Brown and his business partner, Keith Cole, of Loyalsock Township, were hoping to capture.
"We wanted to do something different," he said.

The self-serve yogurt concept, Brown said, is a big deal on the West Coast, and Brown he's hoping the Williamsport shop becomes a flagship for more of his yogurt businesses.
In launching this business, Brown said he wanted to bring something healthy to the public.
"I love frozen yogurt," he added.
He hopes to draw in families including kids to the shop at 1879 E. Third St. To help push the health concept, a climbing wall is in place to encourage exercise.
As for the yogurt, customers can go from station to station to serve themselves.
"You start at the Base Camp," he said.
There, customers can grab a cup and build "base" ingredients of their dessert treat. After leaving the Base Camp, they got to the Summit Swirl for the actual yogurt. Patrons will have 18 flavors of non-fat, low-fat or all natural yogurt to choose from. At the Hot Springs station, customers can decide among 24 toppings.
Brown, who has owned fitness type facilities in his home state of New Jersey, likes the location of his shop, the former site of Vision Max. The shop seats about 35 people.
"We will offer parties and fundraisers," he said.
Sky Frozen will employ a full-time manager and about 20 part-time workers.
A grand opening is set for Thursday, March 7.
