Allethaire Anne Medlicott and Kyle Erik Renninger, both of Raleigh, N.C., were united in marriage at 6 p.m. Saturday, Dec. 29, 2012, in Charleston, S.C.
The Rev. Doug Farmer officiated at the ceremony held at McCrady's Restaurant, Charleston, where a reception also was held.
The bride is the daughter of Kristi Medill and Alex Medlicott, Piermont, N.H. She graduated from Deerfield Academy, Deerfield, Mass., in 2000 and received a bachelor's degree in English from Rhodes College, Memphis, Tenn., in 2004. She received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Duke University, Durham, N.C., in 2007 and a master's degree in nursing anesthesia from Raleigh School of Nurse Anesthesia, Raleigh, N.C., in 2012. She is employed by a hospital in Raleigh as a certified registered nurse anesthetist.

Renninger is the son of Nancy and Kurt Renninger, Loyalsock Township. He graduated from Loyalsock Township High School in 1997, he received a bachelor's degree in finance from Schreyer Honors College, Penn State University, in 2001; a master's degree in business administration from Campbell University, Buies Creek, N.C., in 2007; and a certified management accountant certificate from the Institute of Management Accounts, Montvale, N.J., in 2012. He is employed by Arysta LifeScience, Cary, N.C., as a financial planning and analysis manager.
Following a trip to the southern Caribbean, the couple is residing in Raleigh.
