WELLSBORO - Seventeen people were sentenced in Tioga County Court on Monday. According to court documents, sentenced to county prison were:
Daniel P. McDonough, 23, of Honesdale, five years' intermediate punishment for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance; one to four months in prison, then probation and a $500 fine.
Sabrina M. Teneyck, 37, of Troy, six to 12 months in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, plus $150 fine.
Christopher M. Rosado, 26, of the borough, five years' intermediate punishment for driving under the influence of intoxicants, one to 12 months in jail, probation, $1,500 fine. Given credit for 283 days' time served. Sentence concurrent to previous DUI sentence from 2009: five years' intermediate punishment with 12 months in jail, probation, $2,500 fine.
Danelle C. Wilson, 24, of Tioga, one to 12 months in jail for possession of drug paraphernalia, credit for time served and released on parole, $100 fine.
Zachary R. Harnish, 22, of Morris, resentenced to five years' intermediate punishment with one to 12 months in jail for theft, given credit for 215 days' time served, $200 fine, $3,674 restitution, probation. He also was resentenced to 24 months' probation for unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and fined $1,000 for furnishing alcohol to minors.
John D. Kirkman, 50, of Sabinsville, three to six months in jail for DUI, $1,000 fine.
Edward C. Painter III, 35, of the borough, five years' intermediate punishment for DUI, one year in jail, last 30 days on electronic monitoring, credit for 210 days' time served.
Angela M. Wilkins, 34, of Covington, six to 12 months in jail for theft, credit for 176 days' time served.
Kim A. McCloskey, 42, of Mansfield, six months' intermediate punishment, with 72 hours in jail, probation and $1,000 fine for DUI; plus three to six months in jail for DUI, consecutive to previous sentence, $1,000 fine.
Sentenced to electronic monitoring was:
Pete D. Smith, 32, of Morris Run, six months' intermediate punishment for DUI, 30 days' electronic monitoring, probation, $750 fine.
Sentenced to probation was:
Brody J. Schexnayder, 21, of the borough, 15 months' probation, $100 fine and $90 restitution.
Sentenced to undergo Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Jennifer G. Anderson, 20, of the borough, 18 months' for resisting arrest, defiant trespass, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief.
Justin R. Tussing, 29, of Charleston, S.C.,12 months' for DUI.
Derik T. Anderson, 22, of Mansfield, 12 months' for DUI.
Jordan P. Mortimer, 20, of Hartford, Conn., 12 months' for DUI.
Jeremy D. Keck, 38, of Mansfield, 12 months' for DUI.
Thor J. Anthony, 22, of Morris Run, 12 months' for DUI.
