Announcement has been made of the engagement of Erica E. Mazzante and Steve C. Rupp, both of William-sport.
A Sept. 28 wedding at St. Ann's Church is being planned.
Mazzante is the daughter of Susan and Joseph Mazzante, Montoursville. She graduated from Mo-ntoursville Area High School in 2003 and received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in human resou-rces from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2007. She is employed by Gregory Welteroth Adve-rtising, Montoursville, as an account manager.

Rupp is the son of Patty and Dennis Rupp, Montoursville. He graduated from Montoursville Area High School in 2004 and received a bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in finance, business management and management information systems from Pennsyl-vania College of Techn-ology in 2008. He is employed by First Quality Tissue, Lock Haven, as a manufacturing cost analyst.
