Registration is required. This is the second year that CLUST Retired, a part of PSEA Retired, is promoting the celebration.
Their goal is to enhance literacy and encourage young children and their families to read together, to enjoy their local libraries and to have books in the home, Mrs. Fulmer said.
Each child who attends will receive his or her own book to keep, courtesy of CLUST Retired and the Friends of the Muncy Public Library.
