Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 27 people in county court.
Two people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Dondre T. McMillan, 19, 1063 Park Ave., 4 1/2 to 9 years, 4 years' state probation, 3 years' probation, credit for time served for two counts of robbery, aggressive harassment by a prisoner, terroristic threats and aggravated assault.
Christopher V. Hill, 29, 615 Campbell St., 4 to 10 years, credit for time served for one count possession with intent to distribute 10.3 grams of heroin and one count possession with intent to distribute 2.1 grams cocaine.
Two people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
John D. Best, 49, 621 Sheridan St., three months with eligibility for work release, 95 days' PRC, 66 months' intermediate punishment, $2,300, 100 hours' community service, credit for time served for DUI and driving under suspension.
Robert Lose, 46, 434 Hastings St., South Williamsport, 24 hours to six months, eligible for release after minimum sentence, 25 hours' community service for contempt of custody.
Fourteen people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Arthur C. Muller, 35, Mansfield, 36 months, 45 days in Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, 75 hours' community service, credit for time served for forgery and theft by unlawful taking.
William E. Rishel, 36, 1140 Grove St., 24 months, three days, 50 hours' community service, credit for time served for resisting arrest.
Thomas L. Smith, 33, 1221 Cemetery St., Jersey Shore, 12 months, 50 hours' community service for retail theft.
Michelle N. Stryker, 25, 2015 Riverside Drive, South Williamsport, 18 months, 15 days in LCP/PRC, 50 hours' community service, credit for time served for false alarms.
William M. Quick, 51, 1754 Maybee Hill Road, 60 months, 12 months' PRC, $1,500, 75 hours' community service for DUI.
James A. Neufer, 30, 148 Harvest Moon Park, Linden, 60 months, 12 months' LCP/PRC with electronic monitoring eligibility after six months, $2,500 for DUI.
Jeffrey M. Stackhouse, 25, 316 S. Second Ave., 60 months, 12 months' LCP/PRC with electronic monitoring eligibility after six months, $2,500 for DUI.
Michael Crowe Sr., 47, 1971 Poco Farm Road, 60 months, 12 months' LCP/PRC, $2,300 for DUI and driving under suspension.
David E. Graham, 50, 1153 Isabella St., six months, 30 days' LCP/PRC, $750, 75 hours' community service for DUI.
Sandreyah Helt, 20, 2005 Reach Road, 24 months state, credit for time served for possession with intent to distribute 8.4 grams of heroin.
Paul Shields, 55, 70 Schmoyer Drive, Trout Run, 24 months' state, 36 months' state probation, $3,000, credit for time served for DUI.
Elizabeth M. Douglas, 38, 1638 Andrews Place, 36 months, 17 days' LCP/PRC, 75 hours' community service, credit for time served, for retail theft.
Kristin L. Kolasa, 31, 330 Government Place, Apt. 6, 18 months, 63 days' LCP/PRC, 18 months' probation, 50 hours' community service for DUI, driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia, possession of a controlled substance, reckless endangerment and false identification.
Justin N. Fisher, 20, 241 Back St., Lot 43, six months, two days' LCP/PRC, $700, 50 hours' community service for an underage DUI.
Four people were sentenced to probation. They were:
Brian R. Melvin, 30, 1510 Randall Circle, 36 months, 100 hours community service for three counts of burglary.
Anita L. Guinter, 55, 617 Cemetery St., 18 months, 50 hours community service for theft by failing to make required deposit.
Bruce L. Jackson, 18, 1546 W. Fourth St., 24 months, 75 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael J. Halchin, 38, 752 First St., 12 months, 50 hours community service for resisting arrest.
Five people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
