Justin Nichole Fisher, 21, of 241 Back St., Montoursville; state police in the 1900 Block of Route 87, Upper Fairfield Township on Oct 1.
James Richard Meek, 54, of 2929 Euclid Ave., South Williamsport; Montoursville police in the 1200 block of broad Street, Montoursville on Sept. 23.
James Anthony Hardman, 23, of 528 Ruben Kehrer Road, Muncy; Montoursville police in the 1400 block of Broad Street, Montoursville on Sept. 21.
Michael David Gibbs, 49, of 91 Odell Road, Muncy; state police in the eastbound lane of Route 180, near exit 23 in Loyalsock Township on Sept. 16.
Vanessa Ann Stewart, 50, of 1931 Blaine St., Williamsport; state police following an accident which took place at 1716 East Third St., Loyalsock Township on Sept 16.
John Scott Yaos, 50, of 2100 West Mountain Ave., South Williamsport; state police at Maynard Street and Route 654, South Williamsport on Sept. 15.

Robert Lowell Cooper Jr., 57, of 644 Star Hill Road, Monroe; state police following an accident which took place in the eastbound lane of Interstate 80, just east of Cemetery Road in Fairfield Township, on July 2.
