Donald H. Stahl, 94, of 1890 Caldwell Ave., died Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Manor Care North where he had been a resident for the past two years.
Don and his wife, the former Jean D. Meyer, observed their 64th wedding anniversary on Nov. 23, 2012.
Don was a World War II and Korean War veteran. He was a member of the Trinity United Methodist Church where he served in various leadership positions.

Don was a 50 year member of the Susquehanna Council Boy Scouts of America serving in numerous council positions. He was a recipient of the Silver Beaver Award, the council's highest adult leader award, and the God and Life Award, the United Methodist church's highest adult leader award.
Don was a life member of the National Rifle Association, Pennsylvania Federation of Black Powder Shooters, Sheshequin Buckskinners, Bell Telephone Pioneers, American Legion Post 1, Williamsport, VFW Post 7863, Duboistown, and the Korean War Veterans.
Don retired in 1981 from Western Electric as an installer after 36 years of service.
Born July 25, 1918, in Williamsport, he was the son of Howard H. and Mildred D. (Kimble) Stahl.
Surviving in addition to his wife are sons, Randy A. of Williamsport, Terry L. of Roaring Branch and Nick D. (Betty) of Cogan Station; grandchildren, Jeff Stahl and Sherry (Stahl) Flexer both of Williamsport and Cori Jo (Stahl) Emig of Loyalsock; eight great-grandchildren and a special niece, Karen Ranck of Montoursville, who he helped raise.
Memorial services will be at 10 a.m. Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013, at Trinity United Methodist Church, 1971 Lycoming Creek Road.
Burial will be at the convenience of the family.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests contributions in his name may be made to the Susquehanna Council Boy Scouts of America, 815 Northway Road, Williamsport, PA 17701 or the church.
