William P. Rickard, 89, of 17 Woodland Drive, Lock Haven, passed away Thursday, Dec. 27, 2012, at Lock Haven Hospital.
Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Donald G. Walker Funeral Home, Inc., 231 High St., Flemington, and will be announced when completed.
