Announcement has been made of the engagement of Ann Elizabeth Greenawalt and Eric "Rick" M. Dohl, both of San Diego, Calif.
A summer 2013 wedding is being planned.
Greenawalt is the daughter of Claire and Charles Greenawalt, Williamsport, and Shirley V. Greenawalt, Northumberland. She graduated from Williamsport Area High School in 1982. She graduated from State Beauty School (cosmetology) in 1983 and from UEI College (medical assistant), San Diego, this year. She is employed by Dr. Stephen Dent ENT, Encinitas, Calif., as a medical and administrative assistant.

Dohl is the son of Charlotte S. Dohl, Turbotville, and the late Leonard H. Dohl. He graduated from Muncy High School in 1980 and received a bachelor's degree in business management from University of Phoenix, San Diego, in 2008. He is employed by Under Ground Solutions, Poway, Calif., as senior project manager. He retired in 2006 after 26 years of active service in the Marines as a CW04.
