The following is a what I sent to both senators and our US representative this morning.

I read this morning that Syria is going to assist Iran in building a missile defense system, which will mostly to be used against our only ally in the mid-east, Israel.
My question....why in God's name do we send billions after billions of foreign aid to those countries in the middle east who hate our guts and vote against us in most UN votes?
Also, to further aid the effort to avoid jumping off the fiscal cliff, have you reps ever once considered pay cuts or cuts in you exorbitant retirements? You 545 reps over the years have put us where we are today and the only thing on your mind, once elected, is "how do I gain re-election?"
