On Dec. 11, North Central Sight Services held its quarterly Lunch for Low Vision.
The organization served 70 individuals with spaghetti with homemade sauce and Italian bread. The event brought in $533 in meal sales and donations for the Low Vision Store renovation project.
"We now have raised enough money to renovate the store," said Robert Garrett, agency president and CEO. "This event gives our associates and volunteers the opportunity to work together for a common goal. The food was excellent and no one went away hungry."
