Announcement has been made of the engagement of Alexandra Marie Feerrar and Philip Thomas Mann, both of Philadelphia.
A July wedding in Northumberland is being planned.
Feerrar is the daughter of Angela and Eric Feerrar, Jersey Shore. She graduated from Jersey Shore Area High School in 2008 and received a bachelor's degree in nursing from Temple University, Philadelphia, this year.

Mann is the son of Dawna and Dennis Mann, Mill Hall. He graduated from Central Mountain High School, Mill Hall, in 2001 and received a bachelor's degree in mathematics and a certification in secondary education from Lycoming College in 2005. He is employed by Council Rock School District, Bucks County.
