Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 85 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Anthony A. Monroe, 28, 2135 W. Third St., three to six years, credit for time served for delivery of a controlled substance.
Fred Daniel Biichle, 47, 52 Willow St., Hughesville, 15 months and 22 days for DUI and driving under suspension.
Jesse A. Rodriguez, 29, 20 S. Spartan St., Hughesville, 15 to 63 months, $2,500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Seven people were sentenced to county prison. They were:
Monte J. Smith, 37, 770 W. Fourth St., eight to 23 months, 50 hours community service for possession of a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
Jessica Lynn Bauer, 33, 826 Franklin St., 60 days, 12 months probation, $500 for possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
Cherise I. Johnson, 38, Lycoming County Prison, 15 to 30 days, credit for time served for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Philip Steele, 58, Danville, 11 days to six months, 24 hours community service, credit for time served for carrying a firearm without a license.
Michael A. Gable, 32, Berlin, Md., two-and-ond-half to five months, $300, credit for time served for terroristic threats.
George Minnick, 31, 724 1/2 Locust St., 60 days, $308, 12 months probation for driving under suspension, possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of a small amount of marijuana.
Steven P. Pfeegor, 25, 414 Wilson St., Jersey Shore, one to two years, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for burglary.
Thirty-three people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
