Eighteen motorists have been charged with driving under the influence of intoxicants or controlled substances.

Matthew Everett Reeder, 22, of 13 Main Road, Oriole; state police following a crash at Quarry and Middle roads in Limestone Township on Sept. 23.
Hughy Woodring Jr., 37, of 153 Harvest Moon Park; Linden; city police in the 400 block of Rose Street on Sept. 22.
Kristen Louise Radcliffe, 39, of 1017 Franklin St.; the county's DUI Task Force at Fifth Avenue High Street in the city on Sept. 15.
Todd Adam Mertz, 29, of 407 Brandon Ave.; state police in the 100 block of Maynard Street in the city on Sept. 7.
Chad Michael Facchine, 29, of 313 Second St., Waterville; state police at Route 220 and Reach Road in the city on Sept. 3.

Robert Daniel Ventrello, 43, of 75 Rockey Lane, Montoursville; Montoursville police in the 200 block of North Loyalsock Avenue on Aug. 4.
Tara Jo Snauffer, 29, of 122 S. Loyalsock Ave., Montoursville; Montoursville police in the 200 block of Broad Street on July 21.
Katelyn Sheree Foust, 24, of 99 Broad St., Montgomery; South Williamsport police following a crash in the 300 block of Route 15 on July 13, also charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.
Tanner Drew Williamson, 21, of 201 Main St., Watsontown; Montoursville police on Interstate 180 in the borough on June 14.
