WELLSBORO - Eighteen people were sentenced in Tioga County Court Monday.
According to court documents, sentenced to state prison time were:
Desaray A, O'Conners, 33, of Morris, 15-48 months for possession, manufacture and delivery of a controlled substance, credit for 106 days times served.
Kevin A. Martin, 46, of the borough, 18-48 months for terroristic threats, credit for 11 days time served.
Myles Cunningham, 22, of Williamsport, one-to-two years for fleeing or eluding police, credit for 182 days time served. One-to-two years for theft, consecutive.
Sentenced to county prison time were:
Gary D. Bowen, 30, of the borough, five years treatment-based intermediate punishment for DUI with one year in county prison, last 30 days on electronic monitoring, probation, $2,500 fine.
Nicole R. Flook, 24, of Trout Run, three-to-12 months for selling/furnishing alcohol to minors, $1,000 fine.
Sentenced to probation were:
Dylan J. Vansickle, 21, of Sabinsville, 12 months for theft, $100 fine. 12 months probation for criminal mischief, $100 fine, $355 restitution.
Robert E. Davis Jr., 26, of the borough, 24 months probation for theft, $150 fine, $7,560 restitution.
Daryl D. Abplanalp, 21, of the borough, 12 months for possession of drug paraphernalia, $150 fine.
Matthew A. Weatherby, 23, of the borough, 12 months for illegal transfer of a firearm.
Sentenced to Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition were:
Bunny E. Rims, 40, of Westfield, 24 months for DUI
George J. Gallus, 57, of Tioga, 12 months for DUI.
Brittney L. Dieffenbach, 26, of Mansfield, 12 months for DUI.
Roger E. Fish Jr., 39, of Elkland, 12 months for DUI.
Patrick H. Heath, 40, of Wellsboro, 12 months for DUI.
John D. Arzberger, 42, of Mainesburg, 12 months for selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Annette D. Arzberger, of Mainesburg, 12 months for selling or furnishing alcohol to a minor.
Jason L. Wheaton, 33, of Knoxville, 12 months for theft, receiving stolen property and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Nicolas A. Runk, 20, of Mansfield, six months for use and possession of a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia.
Stephen J. Anderegg, 22, of Tioga,six months for use and possession of drug paraphernalia.
