Royce P. Miller, 77, of 1166 E. Water St., Lock Haven, died Tuesday, Nov. 27, 2012, at his residence.
He was born April 11, 1935, in Williamsport, the son of the late Adam and Catherine Eck Miller. On March 8, 1954, in Winchester, Va., he married the former Anna Day who survives.
He graduated from Williamsport High School. He was a veteran of the U.S. Army, serving from 1955 to 1958. He retired as a Corrections Officer from the Rockview State Corrections Facility.

He was a member of the Holy Spirit Parrish and the Lock Haven American Legion.
In addition to his wife, he is survived by two daughters, Lori Reish (Andy) and Susan Watt (David); two sons, Royce Miller Jr. and Charlie Miller (Sherry); one brother, Donald Miller; seven grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
Private funeral services will be at the convenience of the family. Burial will be in St. Mary's Catholic Cemetery, Lock Haven. Memorial contributions may be made to Eagles Wings Service Dogs, Williamsport. Funeral arrangements are under the direction of the Moriarty Funeral Home & Crematory, 112 E. Church St., Lock Haven.
