Stine-Kane

Rebecca Stine and Michael Kane, both of Fairfield, Conn., were united in marriage at 5:30 p.m. Oct. 20, 2012.

The Rev. Dianne Stevenson officiated at the ceremony held at North Stamford Congregational Church, Stamford.

A rehearsal dinner was held at the bridegroom's father's house, Stamford, and a reception was held at The Stone House, Stamford.

The bride is the daughter of Debbie and Wayne Stine, Montgomery. She graduated from Montgomery Area High School in 1997. She received a bachelor's degree in English from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2001 and a master's degree in library and information science from the University of Pittsburgh in 2002. She is employed by Ferguson Library, Stamford, as a librarian.

Kane is the son of Thomas Kane, Stamford, and Cathie and Kevin Casey, New Milford, Conn. He graduated from Stamford High School in 1997 and is a self-employed musician.

Bridesmaids were Heather Stine, Hanover, sister-in-law of the bride, and Kristi Michael, Hughesville, cousin of the bride.

Flower girls were Liesel Stine, Hanover, niece of the bride, and Evelyn Michael, Hughesville, cousin of the bride.

Ring bearer was Adler Stine, Hanover, nephew of the bride.

Best men were Jonathan Silverstri and Jason Knapp, both of Stamford.

Ushers were Zachary Kane, Saranack, N.Y., brother of the bridegroom and Michael Gueli, Stamford.

Following a trip to Vermont, the couple is residing in Fairfield, Conn.
