Chef'sChoice sells a full line of electric, hybrid, manual and specialty knife sharpeners. Model 4635 is designed for fishing, light hunting, pocket and serrated knives, and household knives with a 15- or 20-degree edge.
This model is a manual, three-stage knife sharpener.
