Additional charges have been filed against three men who were arrested earlier for allegedly stealing two television sets at Best Buy at the Lycoming Mall.
New charges were lodged against Curtis J. Irvin, 26, of Howard, along with Timothy Lee Getgen II and Joshua Franklin Lee, both 26 and of Lamar, Montoursville police said.
The three conspired in stealing two televisions from Walmart, 1015 N. Loyalsock Ave., on Aug. 9, police said. Irvin later admitted to officers that he sold the TVs for 40 bags of heroin.
All three were arraigned Monday before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman. Getgen and Irvin, already incarcerated, were recommitted in lieu of $2,500 bail each, while Lee is free on $2,500 bail.
All three were already charged by Muncy Township police with allegedly stealing two televisions from Best Buy, also on Aug. 9.
