A city man has been charged with allegedly firing five rounds from a handgun into the air at Randall Circle and Hazel Drive about 12:10 a.m. on July 14, state police said.
Abiel B. Harry, 34, of 941 High St., has been charged with recklessly endangering, possession of an instrument of crime and carrying a firearm without license.
Following his arraignment Monday before District Judge Gary A. Whiteman, he was released on $25,000 bail.
