Judges in Lycoming County recently sentenced 33 people in county court.
Three people were sentenced to state prison. They were:
Hakim Handy, 29, Philadelphia, 13 months, 15 days for fleeing, recklessly endangering another person and possession of a controlled substance.
Oronde C. Daniels, 34, 814 Park Place, five to 10 years, credit for time served for persons not to possess firearms and possession with intent to deliver.
Travis G. Fitch, 41, Lycoming County Prison, three to six years, credit for time served for receiving stolen property and burglary.
One person was sentenced to county prison:
Matthew A. Jackson, 29, 2336 W. Fourth St., 63 days, 24 months' intermediate punishment, $3,200, 12 months probation for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving under suspension and DUI.
Nineteen people were sentenced to intermediate punishment. They were:
Meghan Good, 27, 1312 Almond St., 4 1/2 years, 200 hours' community service for theft by deception, possession of a controlled substance, access device fraud and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Judson T. Neyhart, 25, 1603 Catherine St., six months, 72 hours Lycoming County Prison/Pre-Release Center, $1,000, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Raymond L. Ergott Jr., 27, 33 Bennett St., 36 months, 41 days LCP/PRC, 75 hours' community service, credit for time served for receiving stolen property.
Karena Kae Stibler, 39, 1833 Merrill Ave., five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,500, 75 hours' community service, credit for time served for DUI.
Harry Painter, 70, Roaring Branch, six months, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $750, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Michael J. Knapp, 36, 610 Thompson St., five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,500, 75 hours' community service for DUI.
Michael S. Seybold, 32, McElhattan, five years, 90 days LCP/PRC, $1,500, 100 hours' community service for DUI.
Kenneth W. Wilkinson, 33, Northumberland, 12 months, 90 days LCP/PRC, 100 hours' community service, credit for time served for possession of a controlled substance.
Aaron M. Counsil, 43, 818 Memorial Ave., six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours' community service for DUI.
Seth A. Pleskonko, 20, 1301 Lafayette Parkway, 30 months, 11 months LCP/PRC, $1,000, 100 hours community service, credit for time served for possession with intent to deliver and DUI.
Ethan V. Shomburg, 25, Bellefonte, six months, 72 hours LCP/PRC, $1,000, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for possession of a small amount of marijuana and DUI.
Marisa R. Shaffer, 27, 2501 Dove St., 18 months, 123 days LCP/PRC, $3,000, 225 hours community service, credit for time served for DUI.
Carl F. Breon III, 45, 1070 Laver Road, Muncy, six months, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Michael D. Boutwell, 26, Hillsgrove, six months, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $500 for DUI.
Wayne S. Farquharson, 30, 243 Valley St., DuBoistown, six months, 48 hours LCP/PRC, $500, 50 hours community service for DUI.
Courtney L. Powell, 21, 910 Poplar St., 36 months, 10 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for retail theft.
Shaheem Rochester, 29, 1172 W. Fourth St., 24 months, 30 days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for resisting arrest and criminal mischief.
Michael A. Johnson, 64, 5910 Route 220, Linden, six months, five days LCP/PRC, $300 for DUI.
Elizabeth M. Douglas, 38, Lycoming County Prison, 24 months, three days LCP/PRC, 50 hours community service, credit for time served for retail theft.
These two people were sentenced to probation:
Christopher L. Wachter, 33, Hughesville, 12 months, 50 hours' community service for possession of drug paraphernalia.
Nicholas B. Rathbun, 24, Binghamton, N.Y., 36 months, 50 hours' community service for theft by deception.
Five people were approved for Accelerated Rehabilitative Disposition. They were:
David A. Staccone, 41, 73 Round Hill Road, for DUI.
Cierra M. Boguslaw, 23, 1000 Mulberry St., Montoursville, for DUI.
Nicholas C. Loftus, 20, Hartsville, for DUI.
Bob L. Fledler III, 30, 165 Laurel Run Circle, for DUI.
James K. Jones Jr., 20, State College, for DUI.
Two people were sentenced for electronic monitoring. They were:
Paula Taylor, 46, 2218 Royal Ave., 10 months, 10 days LCP/PRC, $500 for driving under suspension and DUI.
Robert W. Wettlauffer, 50, 2033 Maple Lane, 90 days, 13 months' probation, $500 for possession of a small amount of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving under suspension.
One person was approved for probation without verdict. He was:
Nicholas C. Loftus, 20, Hartsville, for possession of a small amount of marijuana.
