WELLSBORO - Two people were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after borough police stopped the car they were in Sept. 28.
According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office, Jessica M. Gile, 29, of 31 Grant St., and Jeffrey R. Boyd, 19, of 700 Munson Road, were charged after a traffic stop on Morris Lane, during which police found a syringe and three silver spoons with heroin residue on them. Each was issued a summons for a Nov. 13 preliminary hearing.
