WELLSBORO - Tyler M. Morgan, 20, of 55 Sunny Hill Road, was charged by state police with receiving stolen property, after he allegedly took an Apple iPhone that was left in his truck and traded it for drugs.

According to documents filed at District Judge Rob Repard's office, Morgan said his girlfriend left the phone in his truck which was parked at the Trans Rail North America yard on Route 287, Delmar Township, May 2, and he knew it likely was stolen.

Morgan allegedly said he is a heroin user and had traded it for heroin. He waived his preliminary hearing.
