JERSEY SHORE - Sterling Axl Feldges, 23, of Shamokin, has been been charged with unauthorized use of a motor vehicle and criminal mischief for allegedly stealing Kelsey Lynn Moore's SUV from her home at 3362 Middle Road, Limestone Township, overnight Sept. 15, state police said.
While driving it, he damaged the left front tire, police said, adding that after taking it on a joyride, he returned the vehicle to Moore's home. He has been sent a summons to appear before District Judge Jerry C. Lepley.
