The Council for Exceptional Children, a group at Lock Haven University, will hold its annual Halloween Carnival from 6 to 8 tonight at the Parsons Union Building in PUB Room 4. There will be games, prizes and food. Attendees are encouraged to come dressed in their best Halloween Costume.
The Council for Exception Children is a group that organizes and runs events for individuals in the community with intellectual disabilities.
