Amaris Elizabeth Montes, Cisco, Texas, and Andrew Mark Brauning, Thibodaux, La., were united in marriage at 3 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 22, 2012.
The Rev. Bud Miller officiated at the ceremony held at Crossroads Community Church, Longview, Texas, where a reception also was held.
A rehearsal dinner was held at Carino's Italian Restaurant, Pearland, Texas.

The bride is the daughter of Rebecca and Daniel Montes, Cisco. She graduated in 2008 from homeschooling. She received a bachelor's degree in marketing this year from LeTourneau University, Longview, Texas.
Brauning is the son of Marcia and Daniel Brauning, Montoursville. He graduated in 2008 from homeschooling and received a bachelor's degree in engineering technology with mechanical concentration this year from LeTourneau University, Longview. He is employed by John Deere Industries, Thibodaux, as a mechanical engineer.
Maid of honor was Rachel Montes, sister of the bride.
Bridesmaids were Angela Montes, sister of the bride; Jennifer Hamilton; Bonnie Daniels; and Hannah Brauning, cousin of the bridegroom.
Flower girls were Adriana and Amanda Tapia, cousins of the bride.
Ring bearer was Timothy Brauning, brother of the bridegroom.
Groomsmen were David Brauning, brother of the bridegroom; Daniel Montes, brother of the bride; Daniel Miller and Dustin Masters.
Following a trip to the Great Smoky Mountains, the couple is residing in Thibodaux.
