Mr. and Mrs. Charles "Chuck" F. Yohn Jr., Montgomery, will observe their 50th wedding anniversary Oct. 13, 2012.
They were married by the Rev. Jack Gardner at Christ Lutheran Church, Montgomery, where the couple are members.
Mrs. Yohn, the former Peggy Ann Tobias, is a native of Muncy. She is the daughter of Mary Tobias, Montgomery, and the late Harold A. Tobias. She graduated from Montgomery Area High School in 1961. She retired in 2002 from Montgomery Area School District as secretary.

Mr. Yohn, a native of Montgomery, is the son of the late Rachael and Charles F. Yohn Sr. He graduated from Montgomery Area High School in 1959. He served in the Army 21st Corps, 805th Engineer Battalion. He enlisted in 1959 in the Army Reserves and was honorably discharged in 1966. He retired in 2001 from UPS as a package driver.
They are the parents of two sons, Chris, Pontiac, Mich., and Matthew, Astoria, N.Y.
There are two grandchildren.
