MANSFIELD - "Immigration-Employment Options after Student Status" will be the topic of a presentation by Art Serratelli, attorney with the Norfolk, VA-based firm Vandeventer Black LLP, at 5 tonight in Alumni Hall, Room 307.
The presentation is free and open and open to the public. Pizza and refreshments will be served.
Serratelli, who is known as "Immigration Art," manages the Immigration Law Group for Vandeventer Black.
He advises companies and individuals on all aspects of immigration strategy for temporary employment and permanent residence in the U.S.
Serratelli also assists employers with compliance under the employer sanction provisions of the Immigration and Nationality Act, including counsel on the implementation of Form I-9 procedures and avoiding civil and criminal fines and penalties under the Act.
Also while at MU, Serratelli will be available for individualized and confidential appointments with international students.
