Announcement has been made of the engagement of Tanya J. Budman and Eric E. Hall, both of Hughesville.
An August 2013, wedding is being planned.
Budman is the daughter of Leonard Budman Jr., Allenwood, and Gail (Fisher) and Paul Sattazahn, Lock Haven. She graduated from Montgomery Area School District in 2002. She received an associate degree in heavy equipment operating in 2005 and an associate degree in both surveying technology and civil engineering in 2010, all from Pennsylvania College of Technology. She is pursuing a bachelor's degree in business management at Penn Foster Online. She is employed by Cellini's, Hughesville, as manager.

Hall is the son of Byron Hall, Hughesville, and Lisa (Rider) Hall, Millville. He graduated from Hughesville High School in 1999 and received a degree in tool making technology from Pennsylvania College of Technology in 2002. He is employed by Simpson's Machine Shop, Muncy, as a machinist.
