Leanne Kathryn Buhite and Alexander Edward Waring were united in marriage Saturday, May 26, 2012.
The Rev. Michael Kelly officiated at the ceremony held at St. Mary Catholic Church in Old Town, Alexandria, Va.
A reception was held at Bilbo Baggins Restaurant, Alexandria, Va., and an outdoor reception was held at the Buhite farm in Reynoldsville on May 28.

The bride is the daughter of Marilyn and Terry Buhite, Reynoldsville. She graduated from DuBois Area High School and received a bachelor's degree in labor and industrial relations from Penn State University. She served in the Army and is in the Pennsylvania National Guard. She is employed with the Department of the Army Civilian for the Intelligence and Security Command at Fort Belvoir, Va.
Waring is the son of Ann and Robert Waring, Williamsport. He graduated from South Williamsport Area High School and received a bachelor's degree in political science from Penn State. He is a major in the Army and is pursuing a master's degree in public policy at George Mason University, Washington, D.C.
Maid of honor was Joanne Kohlhepp, New York, N.Y.
Best man was Stephen Stabley of Florida.
Ushers were Benjamin Waring, Williamsport, brother of the bridegroom, and Philip Buhite, Hellam, brother of the bride.
The couple is residing in Alexandria, Va.
