Announcement has been made of the engagement of Kayla Ishman and Jeffrey Wilver, both of Harrisburg.
A June 2013 wedding in Lancaster is being planned.
Ishman is the daughter of Leslie and Michael Robison, Milton, and Jennifer and Mark Ishman, Montoursville. She graduated from Milton Area High School in 2003. She received a bachelor's degree in 2007 and a master's degree in 2009, in communicative disorders, both from West Chester University. She is employed by Lancaster Lebanon Intermediate Unit 13, Lebanon, as a speech language pathologist and service coordinator.

Wilver is the son of Debbie and Donald Wilver Jr., New Columbia. He graduated from Milton Area High School in 2003. He received a bachelor's degree in secondary education from York College of Pennsylvania in 2007 and a master's degree in curriculum and instruction from University of Scranton this year. He is employed by Palmyra Middle School as a 6th grade world history teacher.
