Susquehanna SeniorNet, on the fourth floor of the James V. Brown Library, will start its next session the week of Sept. 4.
Classes this session will be Internet, Computer Fundamentals (for beginning students) and Introduction to Computers (for those with some computer knowledge). The once yearly programs, Microsoft Word, Christmas Cards and Letters, and E-Mail and Computer Maintenance will be offered in the November-December session. Participants may reserve a place in any of these classes now.
SeniorNet, a nationally recognized program for adults aged 50 and older, features low cost, hands on-classes with a low student-teacher ratio taught by senior volunteers.
The classes run six weeks, with two hours per class and include a manual.
For more information or to register, call the library at 326-0536 and a SeniorNet volunteer will return your call or visit www.SusquehannaSeniorNet.org.
